Pre-arrival
- Guests must fill and sign the digital declaration forms individually that are available with the sales team. Later, they will get a mail from the hotel and they should show it to the sales team after which sales team will review it, take the advance and make the booking. Document of precautions and safety will be shared with the guest. In case of walk in guest, there will be no touching of ID and photos will be taken through mobile.
- Hotel is operating under limited capacity and hence advance booking is appreciated. A room will need few days to cleaning and sanitization after a guest checks out.
Pick Up/Drop
- Disinfection of cars must be done on regular basis and also half an hour before the travel.
- Masks and sanitizer should be kept inside the car.
- Personal hygiene, face mask and constant temperature of the driver should be checked regularly for the records.
On arrival
- As soon as the guests arrived, they will be escorted for a hand wash with soap and electric hand dryer later.
- Later their temperature will be checked prior to rooms allotment. In case the registration is not done before arriving, then the staff will do the registration while following social distancing norms.
- The guests will be provided with masks and gloves on accurate charges in case they are not wearing it. The luggage of the guests will be sanitized before taking to the room.
- Housekeeping staff should constantly clean and sanitize the used public areas like foyers and receptions among others. They should ensure clean linen and fresh cushions and sanitized curtains with the arrival of new guests.
- Cleanliness, hygiene and sanitization should be strictly followed in restaurants and kitchens at regular intervals. Right from food, drinks to vessels, plates and glasses needs to be disinfected for guest’s safety.
- Although payment is collected in advance, any cash transaction during the stay should be done digitally. If cash is used, then safe social distancing should be followed.
